"I get to work with a lot of customers that I help in utilizing the product and making it the best it can be for them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You will travel more then they tell you that you will and you will have to take the blame for all the issues that the basic knowledge developer that someone else hired missed. Do not ever expect anything from management to help you."

What don't you like about working at Bally Technologies?

"Multiple managers that cannot make a decision and will not help the customer unless they have a check in their hand. My company has been referred to many times by customers as having a lot of chiefs and only a few real workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your people like they are grownups and let them do the job you hired them to do. Also back them up against upper management and stop cowering to titles."
