"Management has recently switched roles to where our new direct suppervisor is out of state. It makes it difficult to get feedback or direction."

"Upper Management treats the employee's as if they are numbers instead of people. There is little concern by the higher ups about the people that pour their blood sweat and tears into the work that they provide. BAE preaches that they are there to Help those that help us however the bottom line is, BAE is here to help them, they trade the users needs for the helping to advance the company rather than the product."

"Stick to the Objective and actually think about the service men and women that are out there fighting for all of us."
