"The people, the team atmosphere especially on high performance teams. I worked on many research and development projects and I like the opportunity to investigate cutting edge technologies and applying that to customers problems."

What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?

"I have not had the opportunity to interface with the customer as much as I would like to. I want to really understand the customer's problem space, develop that relationship and become their technical consultant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In this day and age its all about the team. You need to be able to work on your own, but you need to leverage the strengths of others to get things done. For managers, its understanding the individuals on your team and putting them in positions of success. Recognizing high performing teams and helping them their maximum potential."
