"Every year after meeting your goals you were required to increase and they would increase goals by 20% to 30% over what you achieved the prior year and would force us to force the reps to take instant deliveries they did not want."

"Just be honest with yourself on what you expect to make when starting an Avon business. Your company won't survive if your living in a dream world of what you can make."

"The fact that your business is based upon how well the clients are doing, and if they are laid off or unemployed your business drops off."

"Keep a number of less expensive products in the catalogs for the clients that may be down on their luck and still want to purchase them."

"It has been a little while since my last experience with the environment. I would suggest increasing the responsibility of the Customer Service Specialist, as well as, adding Inside Sales as an opportunity."
