"Looking good on paper and brown nosing will get you a long with in this company. Focus on being politically correct."

What don't you like about working at Avon Products?

"It seemed very easy for a supervisor to get into the position due to political connections as opposed to skills. The more politically savvy one is and the more corporate politics you play, the faster you advance. Merit has little to do with it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove some layers of management. Upper management should listen to the field since they are on the pulse of the business."
