"When I left, Avon was entering a period of transition and the new CEO had not started yet. My newly-hired department head had a personality disorder to put it politely, and management/HR let her bully/bulldoze 10 people I know of until we all chose to leave. She was let go around 2 yrs in. I cannot recommend this organization as an employer."
