"I've worked for Avalara for nearly 6 years starting in 2014, in that time I've found the job to be both challenging and exceptionally rewarding. The products and services have been regularly expanding and never had difficulty with market fit, resulting in significant growth. However the company has struggled to maintain a healthy culture during this sustained rapid growth; they have made efforts to amend this but there is still significant room to improve. The engineering and product organizations are an dynamic part of the company full of plenty of opportunities for experience in enterprise-scale international cloud service development."
