"I have been working for Avalara for two years. It was great in the beginning but as the company began to grow, production from employees began to decrease. First of all this is not a sales job but a telemarketing position with no room for advancement unless you are in a clique. I'm looking every day for work elsewhere but until then, hoping to get fired like everyone else is."
