"I love working with the staff. I enjoy coaching and developing the staff and watching them grow into their role. I enjoy interacting with the customers on the phone and having the advocates listen to me while I help customers. The best part about my job is that I am not afraid to do what they do so they want to follow my lead if you will. As for hating my job, that is a very strong word and not one I use that often if ever. I can't say there is anything I truly hate. I guess the one thing I dislike is the disorganization of our policies and procedures. I utilize them often, but I wish there was a better way for us to search for them when we have a question or issue. When we use key words or phrases the correct policy does not always come up so it has the potential to increase the time spent finalizing a call or an activity that keeps the individual off the phone. If we could have a more user friendly intranet that allows us to search better for policies it would make the staff much happier."

"Currently I manage both client UI side as well as the service side which is in Java/.net and also talk to the users to get the requirements. To manage the whole application is a difficult ask which I think I have done to the best of my ability. At the end of the data this is what I love to do. I love taking responsibility."
