"If you are coming in from the outside, negotiate your salary. You will make more money coming in than the promotional level you will reach on the inside."

"The company makes themselves out as a career company, but with 50,000 laid off, it is just a job company, not a career company."

"I agree with the government, there needs to be serious change on the upper management level. The company does not have the leadership it needs to pull the company back to where it was."
