"AVP role has a great responsible job. It contains severe challenges and endless effort to achieve your goals on time. As an AVP, I like to make organizational decisions and handle a variety of problems that arise on a daily basis in our existing systems and BI reports. I have to identify the problems, create choices and alternative courses of actions in the system based on user requirements. I don't see anything which I really hate about my job."

"I loved the fact that there are endless opportunities to learn new skills and find new and efficient ways to perform your duties. I received a lot of positive re-enforcement from my supervisors and team mates. I started out actually working in the Data Centres performing server builds, server maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and taking part in various projects. Although I feel that I was treated very unfairly by the company, I cannot think of anything negative to say about the job itself."

What don't you like about working at Home Finance of America?
"The mortgage industry has guidelines and regulations that at times can create a cumbersome experience for our clients. It is a challenge to work through this but Home Finance of America is highly committed to."

"Management must continue to innovate and move the company towards the future at a pace that keeps the organization ahead of its competition."

"Employees are trusted to take initiative on projects. Benefits are strong, and there is good, regular communication from senior management."

"The company and department are well suited to employees with a strong focus. Employees with broad skillsets will feel challenged and sometimes unfulfilled."
What don't you like about working at CIT Group?
"Narrow focus of job; lack of communication between departments on shared areas of responsibility, resulting in duplication of effort and process."

"Encourage department managers to establish open communication between department teams where common goals and technologies exist."

"Do NOT interview with this company. They have been losing money for the last year and a half"
What don't you like about working at ITG?
"Everything else. The culture was depressing and there was a gloomy outlook on everything"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a new CEO. He was voted the 6th worst CEO of small cap companies."
What do you like about working at American Arbitration Association?
"I get along well with my peers, staff and leadership. There are challenging times and we are always able to pull together to surmount our challenges. I've worked here for a little more than 5 years and the organization offers good stability."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Experiences vary in interviews. The advice I can offer to any candidate is as follows: be honest, be on time, listen closely to what is asked, answer what is asked to the best of your ability and be a little bit nervous. A little bit of nervous is a good thing."
What don't you like about working at American Arbitration Association?
"At my level, there is very little ability to move forward in the organization. Different lines of business have not fared as well as ours and there has been a reorganization. Though this will not affect my employment or job status it will mitigate my ability to move ahead in the organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our executive management team is too silo-ed. Information isn't spread well between business groups. Though our lines of work differ, there are many similarities and a lot could be learned from each other if we were more cooperative across business lines and offices."

"Advancement opportunities are only available to those who complain and/or stab their co-workers in the back and/or are favored by the decision makers because of WHO they are (i.e., uber rich parent/relative)."

"Be more open, honest, fair and equitable with ALL staff."
