"Lack of career plan for entry level employees, lack of management training for new employees."

"not much room for advancement, company is run by another company that didn't do as well as Classic modul did on it's own"

"Diversify, look to outisde idea's, models and business procedures in order to gain profit. cut back on certain distributers to lower expenses."

"The architects, bid process/take-offs, watching buildings from the ground up, The SWIPP inspections I performed to provide excellent construction monitoring, the subcontractors, and the relationships I built."

"Know there is a cap to your salary regardless of how many hours you put in"
What don't you like about working at Southwest Air Conditioning and Plumbing?
"not enough room allowed to move up in the company. put in alot of hours and never returned the favor in pay"

"Not to limit people and limit abilities. Don't ask for more overtime every week and give nothing in return"

"the status-quo remains the same, they are four partners and their competititors are tough. there is not enough to go around amongst the four of them. however, if you are smart, youre looking for a steady job same pay, this may be the best company to work for."

"Got to work with various clients and varied technologies.Managed teams ranging from 2 to 20 people."

"Though I did a very good job, I did not get promoted when compared to my peers.Managers are not technical and hence do not know who is performing in the project and who is not.Performance Appraisal and Promotion criteria is one of the worst in place."

"Have mangers who are good at not just politics but technologies, project delivery and people management."
