"The culture is great and supportive. It's not too busy and you can always find a quiet place to focus. It's also really collaborative and I like that."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Digitas is filled with some pretty genius people, but also people who ended up there because they didn't have anything else to do with their business degree. You really have to have a passion for it or be okay with just doing it for the money."
What don't you like about working at Digitas?
"It's hard to feel like you're doing something important. In the end, you're trying to convince people that buying a pair of shoes will change their lives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'd make pitches less one-note. We're still using really out-dated methods of advertising and a lot of people aren't familiar with newer methods. We need to focus less on focus groups and stereotypes and more on creating individual relationships with our customers and products."

"The lack of communication from upper management and direction company needs to go."

"Better communication with personel on projects and direction the company is going."

"The company is known for its expertise in Oracle. Keep pace with the upgrades at Oracle."

"The conflict between the Technical Lead and the Project Manager."

"More higher management over site of the new Project Manager. The conflict greatly diminished once higher management was involved."

"if you speak italian is a big plus, since most of the Restaurants that CiaoTouch deals with are italian. And so is the boss."

What do you like about working at CH2MHILL?
"I like the small group of people that I work with."
What don't you like about working at CH2MHILL?
"I feel very separated from the company because I work in a satellite office and never meet any other coworkers. In addition, while working for the joint venture I have been transferred from company to company 3 times. There is also no room for advancement at my furrent position. Also, CH2M Hill does not really work in any sectors that I am looking to advance in."

"They need to find a way to make people working on joint ventures outside of the main office like they are a valued part of the company."

"It is a huge organization with very good teams to get the work done."

"Show confidence in Websphere Commerce and SAP environments or the ones that you worked with."

"I dislike multiple environments like SAP, PeopleSoft, .net and Java to concentrate on."
