"I suggest that the individual should be charismatic, show exuberance to excel when speaking to donors and most importantly be a motivator to others, which is a vital trait for all managers."
What don't you like about working at Rutgers University?
"The lack of benefits and continual decline faced with the recession forced many of us, including managers such as myself, to be laid-off for the summer and re-hired with a lower salary."

"Upper management could have improved in several areas by offering better benefits, a better commission rate and incentives for those that the lacked motivation in a competitive and fast-paced telecommunications market."

"McKing Consulting Corporation is a very small company and therefore the opportunities for in-house growth are almost non-existant. Corporate is more concerned with keeping employees that have been with the company the longest rather than keeping employees whose skill sets are not obsolete and who are ambitious to succeed."

"My managers were very flexible about my hours provided that my work was completed in a timely manner and to the customer's and consultant's satisfaction."
