"McBride has great benifits & trips when the ecomony is good. Hang in there and you can see how great it can be. Right now, not so much."

"The people that step on other people to get ahead climb up the job ladder. You can put in 55+ hours a week and not get any recognition."

"Disconnect with higher-ups, convoluted teams, constant finger-pointing and blaming, poorly constructed internal software suites. The company is literally an ego trip for the CEO--living far outside of their financial means."

"Build a TEAM environment where everyone's time, contribution, and personal time is important. Don't try to grow the company outside of what is economically viable."

"Have to be able to read between lines. Every talks about bonus and how important it is. But in meeting manager will say do not worry about your bonus. Everything comes out of bonus."

"I had to work 6 - 6 M - F and 7:30 - noon on SatEvery week"
