"There was a general lack of understanding about the job I was performing. Our CEO retired and with the new boss came new management. This left an education gap in the implementation of graphic services"

"Not bad to work at all. Once in awhile we all had to work the weekends to meet our deadlines of producing a monthly national magazine and other marketing efforts."

"Lack of team communication. Too much gossip and he said, she said stuff. Upper management insecurities made it tough to manage my department."
