"The downtime. after she site was built there were not as many projects to work on."

What do you like about working at Xerox?

"Somewhat flexible. Has understanding of family."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure the person you work for is someone who you respect, and conversely respects you, because if they don't you will have difficulty advancing. I was kept from opportunities, because my manager needed a certain number of direct reports to justify his position."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The people that get promoted, aren't always the most deserving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Understand what resources you have available and utilize their full potential."

What do you like about working at Batten, Barton, Durstine, & Osborne?

"Great environment for creativity, excellent team working spirit. Capable to help client by building brand image."

"It is a great stepping stone company. Doesn't offer much in the way of the future, however."
