"Working as a team leader at Arby's was a good experience. The pay was competitive for the industry, but the work was fast-paced and sometimes stressful. The team was supportive, and there was room for growth within the company. Overall, it was a good job for someone looking to gain experience in the fast-food industry."

"Overall felt very provisional and unstable not just being behind the counter but the fact I got no formal training and it's a job, however transient, to minorly pay some bills.Disprespctful co-workers, disorganized work environment and my DM a week after smiling how stellar I was doing, offed with me. Can't understand why these fast food places can't pay their common team members a little more per hour. A lot of them are younger kids but I think the older one gets the more they find the need for a more dignified and higher-paying designation. The experience I had at Arby's not being trained, within being yelled at for an innocent mistake. There was a lack of communication, appreciation and respect. We also didn't get breaks. Maybe twice on a 6 hour shift I got a five minute break, but one shift from 3 p.m. to after midnight I got none. The times that I asked do I get a break? I was given a sure, in a few minutes and you'll get five minutes. With the independent contractor job I have now we go on our breaks 30 minutes long on a 7 hour shift and there is no problems."

"During my employ being standard parity, overall I applied a 3 to 4 rating. Really minimal training and original guidance. Some misinformation and contrary info, opinions. I discovered the main manager was simply double dealing (with me, I blunt walled) and I was surreptitiously terminated, also being "told" I worked less tenure than I actually did. Many occasions team members and lower managers made it awkwardly amiss but I just figured most workplaces are basically common to that too. I interpreted overall and definitely end result no one cared if I was coming or going. Yeah "its just money" but I came away with a bad taste in my mouth - no pun. If you don't make it here don't get discouraged. It's only 'fast food' and there's tougher places to sock your time and top effort in. And entry level kitchen jobs too."
