"Making the transition to a smaller office from the corporate office was a challenge. Having no on site IT department or facilities department meant that we had to do it ourselves."

"Applied Materials is very profit focused company that drives them to make bad short term decisions about people and software investment."

"They should invest more in their legacy software. The legacy software is profitable and the profits should be re-invested back into the product."

"Good Luck if you're a software engineer but otherwise there are a lot of opportunities in Santa Clara and Austin."

"Upper management doesn't know how to manage software, doesn't understand the process."

"They need to realize with the high turnover in India and China that they are simply training their future competition. Short time benefits will be costly in the future."
