"High stress level with little or no rewards."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't interview here unless you want to have little or no free time, and have to constantly be on call."

What don't you like about working at Applied Materials?

"High stress level. No work life balance. Little or no rewards towards its employees (especially the engineers doing most of the work). People are rarely promoted (I have not been promoted in 2 years). Too much management, not enough employees. Overworked."
