"Good manager, great employees, great environment, great on equipment, fun to work with, was great compensation, good bonus every six months."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Good Luck if you're a software engineer but otherwise there are a lot of opportunities in Santa Clara and Austin."

What don't you like about working at Applied Materials?

"Upper management doesn't know how to manage software, doesn't understand the process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to realize with the high turnover in India and China that they are simply training their future competition. Short time benefits will be costly in the future."
