"You're lucky if you get the job so if you are ok with traveling and got the job, don't let it go!! It's gonna be the best career choice you will ever make!!"

"All is good! Everybody is friendly. Maybe just the traveling part because of my family."

"No suggestion for me, it's perfect! A very good general manager and application manager!"

"I don't like spending time in meetings constantly updating projects which takes away valuable time from completing the project."

"Excellent experience for career starters. Traveling is too hard on personnal and child relationships. I would show a strong emphasis on the importance of building healthy customer relationships"
What don't you like about working at Brankamp?
"My job was eliminated. Traveling while having two children caused distant relationships with them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a more diversified customer base as related to thier suppliers. in other words, having 80% customers related to the automotive industry leaves the company too vulnerable to that one industry."

"Tough interviewers will test and challenge your ability to remain cool and calm under fire. Your interview will test this completely be prepared for the unexpected."

"Company makes some inferior products, not allowed to be critical or honest about it. Anti-diversity culture, with narrow focus on conformist approach and being overly controlling."

"Realize that some products could use improvement, accept and acknowledge criticism as it is given by those who have invested and care about the result. Realize that diversity is an asset and not a liability."

"I would suggest management take the time to understand their products."

"Type of work and flexibilty to work indifferent areas. Always plenty of work."

"Patientence needed for them getting back to you, could take weeks of waiting to hear back."

"sometimes weeks of 60-80 hours are needed, Company needs to have a better support for stress,"

"Management should listen more to the lower engineering people. Poll all the good ideas for project orginization, and listen to customer more."

What do you like about working at Extron Electronics?
"I liked working in a fast paced environment working with large product line. At Extron I was highly exposed to AV technology and how new products are developed and utilized in the field."

"Being highly organized and motivated is extremely important. Being able to work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential."
What don't you like about working at Extron Electronics?
"Working in a call center environment provided many distractions working out many minor and common issues took time away from larger and high priority projects. I would have liked to be able to focus more of my time learning about the technology to allow me to effectively manage projects and issues that arise in the field."

"It is important to better utilize new ideas and feedback from internal engineers to overcome common frustrations and needs from the customers in the field.."

"Pay was good, they also pay for gas used for work"

"Constantly being measured and compared, too many focuses and becomes Overwhelming!"

"Less micro-management and more clear strategy to win in each accounts"

What do you like about working at Bosch?
"I enjoyed supporting customers and helping them with their pre-sales and post-sales questions. I was the guy when it came to integrating systems that no one else knew how to get the results needed for operations. The people I worked with closely within my department was a culture that we all knew how to get different aspects done on a project and were relied on heavily for more than supporting our company's products, but also some of their IT and security needs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Research about Bosch and their culture as it is very important to their company as a whole."
What don't you like about working at Bosch?
"I did not like the impersonal attitude towards the customers that Bosch began moving the Telex organization towards with outsourced support and customer service. It began to dislocate customers from the loyalty they held for Telex."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the customer and their needs when it comes to the products they have purchased for over twenty years and some even longer."

"Very good personality and some good technical experience. It is better to have very good communication skills, both verbal and writing."

"The company is very customer focus and doesn't have its own technical core value."

"The customer is important but the techniques are very important too. We need take care of the gap of the trade-off between the customer value and company's long term target."
