"just be honest, they are pretty nurturing"

What don't you like about working at Yamazaki Mazak?

"too many demo machines coming and going, wasteful spending, loading half million dollar machines and climbing on them over 20 feet high - very unsafe. direct manager was oblivious empty suit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find good people and give them their head, and get rid of managers that just take up space"
