"We are rapidly expanding and sometimes the rapid growth causes a few quick fire-drill type projects, but it's exciting to see the results of those projects pay off."

"To continue to trust the strong teams that you are building and rely on our skills and dedication to the responsibilities we're given"

What do you like about working at H&R Block?
"There are still very good people who understand business who work there. If you could find them, they were great collaborators."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are looking at an IT position, just be aware that you will have no free time between Labor Day and the end of January. You may have to give up holidays if projects are going badly or business can't make decisions."
What don't you like about working at H&R Block?
"Constant change of senior leadership. Indecision on where the company was going and, as a result, what changes need to be made to applications to support the business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Infuse leadership into upper management and get rid of micromanaging."
