"You have to be able to thrive in chaos to stay at Delta, but many of the people were friendly and diverse"

"There was a group of people there that I could work with forever. Great team working for me and who I directly reported to."

"The CIO was not skilled enough in his job to make the right decisions about the projects he was in charge of. As a result the system that was built was more a product of a sales pitch to him by the vendor who sold it to us than a good technology decision."

"BCBSSC is a large organization with many divisions. As such, there are a lot of different opportunities and career paths available."

"Because of the many divisions, it is sometimes difficult to know who the contacts are, or what specific processes are applicable."
