"Well, you get to work in an environment that lets you show your tattoos and plugs, and have colored mohawks, which is rare these days unless you work in a record store."

"Clear your schedule out, forget about weekends, or family. Apple is your new life."

"I don't like the pay. We fix computers, we provide tech support, and we put up with difficult people. You can make more money doing this somewhere else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We don't need management if we have leads. Please leave us alone, and only provide the leads with feedback if the team isn't doing everything they can. Then the leads can speak with us."

"I enjoyed speaking with customers who had issues with their iPhone or any Apple product that was purchased. I went above and beyond by helping a customer locate an address in Florida, and I made sure that I emailed her all of the information she had requested for me to send. She gave a great review for helping her and for going the extra mile to make sure she was at the location for her meeting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure the information given is accurate and accordingly. Be flexible with employees' emergencies and schedules. Also, treat employees with respect and dignity."
What don't you like about working at Apple?
"I didn't like the fact that I was always on time, and yet the managers found excuses to write me up and not give me a verbal warning. This was downright shameful on those whom we thought knew what they were doing. This caused many confusions, and employees were fearful to speak up, because they did not want to lose their jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The managers and the supervisors did not treat their employees with respect, and the supervisors from California who were there to train us did not do a good job of training us with information we needed in order to handle business accordingly. This upset me. I felt that we were little and small-minded by the managers and supervisors who held back vital information that would have helped their employees to grow and gain knowledge. The managers and supervisor belittled us, and treated us as if we were children. They were not unaccommodating to any of the employees' schedules, nor emergencies."

"There was little or no phone training to deal with customers. During the testing period we were given very little training and were just told to take calls and ask questions later."
