"Get a clue, and learn more about what is actually involved in what your employees are doing. This is in regard to AppleCare management."

"MicroAge no longer has the contract for Apple phone support."

"Apple had contracted this work with MicroAge, and there was no guarantee that the work would be long-term."

"Management did a good job and gave support and recognition to employees, so I have no advice for them."
