"AOL encourages creativity and does what it can to inspire employees. They are known to hold conferences for employees and even bear the expense of hotel rooms when needed. Meetings are kept positive for the most part. The main office in Beverly Hills is attractive, open and features a fully stocked break room."

"Now that AOL is its own company again, it would be a great place to work at if you can get in. Good luck!"

What don't you like about working at AOL?

"Spring cleaning, when layoffs occurred. It was always a tense time of the year to see if you made the cut."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I just wish that my stock was worth something after the merger with Time Warner."

"The benefits and pay were the best I ever saw. Team management was wonderful and the company worked hard to make sure we were happy."

"No comments. So far as I know all operations outside the corporate office are now outsourced."

What don't you like about working at AOL?

"The productivity goals were completely overwhelming. There was also the constant fear that our call center would close next."

"No comments. The call center closed six months after I left."

"Don't bother, you would be unhappy... they will try to sell you an oasis if you live on the dessert but you better look somewhere else where they truly know your worth. All the leadership board has left."

"Business inconsistency and lack of direction, tons of people just losing their time."
