"Spring cleaning, when layoffs occurred. It was always a tense time of the year to see if you made the cut."

"I just wish that my stock was worth something after the merger with Time Warner."

"The location of the company is only thing I don't like."

"A field I enjoy, feel important and essential, decent amount of freedom to pursue interests within confines of position."

"I'm not sure what to say here. Big company, depends on what division you're interviewing for."

"Highly stressful environment with very public venue for failures. Lots of negative feedback from public."

"The benefits and pay were the best I ever saw. Team management was wonderful and the company worked hard to make sure we were happy."

"No comments. So far as I know all operations outside the corporate office are now outsourced."

"The productivity goals were completely overwhelming. There was also the constant fear that our call center would close next."

"No comments. The call center closed six months after I left."

"Interesting work, able to set my own goals much of the time."

"As with any company, know your stuff and be able to show it."

"Shrinking software development business as they transition to new business model. Executives no longer understand/appreciate how to do software development."

"Decide on a direction and take it. Stop being wishy-washy."

"The change in our commission changed after being there for 1 year."

"They were always great and their door was always open."

"Benefits, office, perks, location, difficult to think of something good."

"Don't bother, you would be unhappy... they will try to sell you an oasis if you live on the dessert but you better look somewhere else where they truly know your worth. All the leadership board has left."

"Business inconsistency and lack of direction, tons of people just losing their time."

"Terrible business, close minded focusing in the 'American' market in an international environment."
