"AOL encourages creativity and does what it can to inspire employees. They are known to hold conferences for employees and even bear the expense of hotel rooms when needed. Meetings are kept positive for the most part. The main office in Beverly Hills is attractive, open and features a fully stocked break room."

"The politics and petty backstabbing that went on. The yearly Christmas layoffs."
