"A good place to work. Really great experience out of college."
"Great place to work. Hard work pays off"
"Great company with some additional perks to support the compensation model."
"Good company that cares a lot of their employees."
"I worked for Anheuser Busch during the COVID-19 pandemic as an intern. They handled the switch to virtual internships seamlessly and made extra effort to convey their culture and ideals. The company is large, but even in such a hard time, every employee remained dedicated to success, growth, and innovation."
"It is a very wide company and developed company that care very much of its employees."
"I wouldn’t recommend at all."
"I have been staff at Anheuser Busch In-Bev for 6 years now. The company is known for its principles that guide everyday work ethics. One of them is being a company of owners. I have worked with quite a number of managers and experience different work ethics. One of the principles of the company that guides my sales experience is "the consumer is your boss". As a salesperson I have learned the power of advocacy, achieving customer satisfaction and a whole lot more tools to being the number one choice of consumers, retailers, and distributors. Also, the availability of brands is the key to staying at the top. Running out of stock will give room for making other choices. I appreciate my work at the company."
"AB expects more with less. You will learn a lot at this company and have plenty of responsibility thrown at you at a very young age. However it is not a company with which people want to stay for more than two to three years. The work is tough and the compensation is not commensurate with the job requirements."
"This is a great company to work for."
"It a great place to work."
"I've worked for Anheuser-Busch for 18 months. The culture and lifestyle is very appealing and fun!"
"There is an opportunity for improvement in the work-life balance. The compensation for the amount of time that was necessary to complete the work was not reasonable. It took 11 hours to finish the daily responsibilities but there was only compensation for 8 hours of my day."
"Production worker base salary of 69k will make over 100k every year with overtime. Production workers are all union. Great benefits, great retirement"
