"I've worked with AB InBev for 3 years. The company has a strong culture of meritocracy and is never satisfied with results. If you work hard you can do very well in the company but it will come at the expense of your personal life - there is very little work-life balance. The company is a very good place to start to gain a huge wealth of knowledge very quickly."

"Anheuser-Busch bought out the private distributor I had been working with for 8 years. AB destroyed relationships with our accounts, suppliers, and employees that managed to make it through the buy-out.They care only about the budget without any common sense. They push out all old company employees and bring in only young inexperienced people for management positions. They are ruthless in their dealings and anyone lower than upper management or over 30 is disposable."

"I've worked for Anheuser for over 12 years and at multiple locations. The quality of the people and facilities is one of the highest I've ever seen. The equipment and technology at our disposal is at the upper echelon. The management and leadership are somewhat myopic, with short term vision lending to more reactive and less proactive operations.Upward mobility and growth exist, but center more closely on political alignment than performance and knowledge."
