"Still a small company at the time I was employed. They cared about each and every employee and treated them like family. They were very family oriented and were sure to create situations to include them."

"Advancement was tough due to size of the company and the opportunity for personal growth was missing within the organization. Outside of that it was a decent job with a lot of benefits."
