What do you like about working at iSoftStone?

"That I've not been micro managed. I've been able to do what I need for my project."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you're not going to be full time and/ or not working at the main office, don't expect to be supported or really considered part of the team."

What don't you like about working at iSoftStone?

"No one really cares if you're not working at the main office and in with the right people. I work at a client site and whenever I've needed support, I get treated like I'm a hassle or interrupting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train your leads and resource managers to actually be good leaders."
