"If you're not going to be full time and/ or not working at the main office, don't expect to be supported or really considered part of the team."

"No one really cares if you're not working at the main office and in with the right people. I work at a client site and whenever I've needed support, I get treated like I'm a hassle or interrupting."

"Train your leads and resource managers to actually be good leaders."
