"This was a new venture for me into a new career direction."

What do you like about working at American Home Realty Network?

"Enabled me to learn new technologies, software and use of my many years of customer service and sales. I gained more experience with handling business over the phone and the company's website with clients from across the country. Learned different ways to approach clients with additional services, in order to increase larger sales and to gain customer confidence."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask to see actual monthly sales reports of top sales representatives that are currently working there."

What don't you like about working at American Home Realty Network?

"There were only a few things that I did not particularly like at this job. One being that it was a start up company with limited funds and unable to pay a a very competitive salary. In addition I feel that the management team over sold where the company was in position to their competitors and what the potential for sales were. I realize they want to give you a good picture of where and best case scenario of where the company is going but the amount of customers being brought in via the phones and website was not even close to what was originally stated ending in lower personal income."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not to over state the amount of business that is currently coming through as well as income potential from those inflated sales potentials."
