"It's a great place to work, extremely rewarding but with a minimum of guidance or encouragement from coworkers. If your a self-starter who is passionate and love your work, you'll thrive."

"Departments do not communicate, there is little feeling of momentum."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would institute some formal ways for different departments to communicate goings-on, since often people are surprised to hear about events or cases that hadn't been discussed. I'd also make sure that employees have a way to check in and be heard about ways to make their jobs better and more rewarding, so they feel recognized and appreciated."
