"Departments do not communicate, there is little feeling of momentum."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would institute some formal ways for different departments to communicate goings-on, since often people are surprised to hear about events or cases that hadn't been discussed. I'd also make sure that employees have a way to check in and be heard about ways to make their jobs better and more rewarding, so they feel recognized and appreciated."
