"It was a place to retire from until corporate America got greedy and wanted to take everything away from the working people. It was a good place to work and had a lot of good people to work with and I will miss the people."

"The company never diversified their work to include anything but truck axles and that is what killed all of our jobs, but the company blamed it on the UAW and the workers. We took our cut after the 4 month strike and now everyone is out of a job and he lied to all of us."

"Be sure to ask very detailed questions about what job you are actually applying for. I have heard from several new associates that they thought they were interviewing for a position within their experience, and once hired, it was a different position entirely."

"I don't like how the economy has greatly affected choices at my employer. Bonuses, in the millions, that were given in previous years, are now causing a great financial strain in our company."

"Get some perspective. We can't have a company with all managers and directors. There is currently a 2:1 ratio of managers to associates."

"The only thing I didn't like about the company was it is such a huge company that there wasn't the closeness with co-workers as I have had at other companies."

"Management needs to give employees credit with credit is due. They didn't have a tendency to do this and it can become very frustrating at time especially when the work has brought something to the company whether it is a possible cost savings or more business."
