Working at American Axle & Manufacturing in Detroit, MI: 24 Employee Reviews

American Axle & Manufacturing Employee

"AAM is the worst company to work for. The micro management there is way out of control. That company is a revolving door. They can’t hold on to people. No one wants to work there. Their HR leader is horrendous! She knows nothing about HR so they gave her a VP of HR role. She is threatened by the good HR people so she fires them. This is why they can’t hold on to people. I worked at Corporate and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy."
