"I was able to assist people with their needs. Ticketing, baggage, and even hotel reservations when misconnected. Making someone's hard and miserable day a better day."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself. Either you like to do customer service or you don't. Don't just go in for the flight benefits, cause you do not get much time off to enjoy them."

What don't you like about working at American Airlines?

"I did not like that we had to BID for our schedule every 3 months. I am very flexible but I guess it's only fair, that way everyone would get a weekend off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think if management would of had its doors open more often and interact with their staff they would be able to relate to the issues - when there were issues."
