"I have work for Amazon for about a year now. The company itself is a good company and cares for their employees but with how many people this company has it is hard for them to care for every single employee."

"As far as the fulfillment center goes, they will hire any moron as long as he has a high school diploma."

"I dislike the very long hours of doing the same monotonous thing over and over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest shorter shifts and more breaks for warehouse associates during high temperature weather."
