"I would say that the company might need to look at how to minimize overstock inventory they produce and try to make the company more learn manufactures."

"Not being able to see my self move up in the company in a reasonable time frame."

"Look into hiring more people in certain fields to help speed up projects."

"I wouldn't work for Alcoa ever again, I would not recommend it at all."

"Alcoa had a lot of the good ole' boy system going on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you tell people in interviews that you will reimburse them for college, don't renege when it comes time to actually do it. I quit a job that was paying for my school to go to Alcoa, then Alcoa refused to reimburse me, then they laid me off. This pretty much ruined my life. Thanks Alcoa."
