"The people and work environment made Alcatel one of the best places I have ever worked. The potential for advancement, benefits could not be beat. The management provided training, product, management, and other opportunities to improve you knowledge. The upper management provided information about how the company was doing and what projects were in the future. It was a well run organization and a pleasure to work for."

"It was a fast paced work environment and sometimes whole projects would be scrapped after you put much effort into them. This can be disheartening."

"They have become a revolving door for employees. They have not stopped laying people off since they bought my company DSC in 1998."

"Stop the revolving door and start building solid teams with synergy."
