"Yes--be prepared to be laid-off due to the company's constant need to downsize. It is only about saving money and the stock price, and not about taking care of the customer. This view as you know will get you nowhere!"

"I was unhappy that they laid me off, primarily because of corporate's decision to outsource labor that was once performed by my fellow associates and I."

"Place faith in the quality and training you've instilled in your employees, and work with them and the labor union to cut costs. After all, we see the waste that occurs and have great ideas on how to save money if you are only willing to listen!"

"Performance Management feedbacks were not good, often times perception painted in a wrong way; improvement identifications pointed to areas that you/employee is already good at. Hence, dependence on professional development went in wrong directions."

"True respect for Minority and Diversity! Give the talented minority employees a chance to move up. Often times, I have seen non-qualified minorities get promoted and you demorale the rest of the minority employee groups."
