"It is not a dislike but the overall business climate was one of major staff reductions and tension due to poor revenue performance. Product Management could and should have been stronger."

"Senior Management focus was not on the hourly workers and how they are respected by their managers."

"Listen to the people when there are issues with a manager. Great management skills and no people skills create stress and chaos in the work place."

"Lucent has been purchased by Alcatel to form Alcatel-Lucent, which may impact the direction that company is headed. Be aware that the current product suite may change due to decisions made abroad."

"The strategic direction of the company did not keep up with the industry trends."

"Keep your ear to the ground and listen for game changing technology solutions. Figure out how to build them and get them to market quickly."
