"poor pay, bosses that dont know what you do and the lack of advancement oppurtunities"

"get some technicial people who might be able to recognize talent when they see it - management has no clue who is good at what they do because they are not technical"

"Management was a bit disorganized. I was downsized out of the department."

"Keep your employees informed and don't downsize any more departments."

"The people I work with, the relaxed atmosphere. And the nice gym we have upstairs."

"Too slow. Sells force is not selling new products which puts me out of active work."

"Hire a better sales team that can actually sell the products we develop."

"Worked under a number of manages over the years there and always felt a good relationship with management. However, the new IT managers that came in 2 years ago seem to care less about anybody that isn't part of their little group up there."
