"Very unprofessional company. Performance reviews are done where management team gathers over drinks to calibrate their team members. More of a gossip session than a professional review system, I have never heard of this at any other company. Leadership team is inexperienced and has no direction, does not value employees and has no credibility. Not a fun place to work as morale has gone from low to no pulse at all. Look at the stock over the past year and it tells the story of continuing decline."

"Too slow. Sells force is not selling new products which puts me out of active work."

"Hire a better sales team that can actually sell the products we develop."

"Management was a bit disorganized. I was downsized out of the department."

"Keep your employees informed and don't downsize any more departments."

"poor pay, bosses that dont know what you do and the lack of advancement oppurtunities"

"get some technicial people who might be able to recognize talent when they see it - management has no clue who is good at what they do because they are not technical"
