3Very unprofessional company. Performance reviews are done where management team gathers over drinks to calibrate their team members. More of a gossip session than a professional review system, I have never heard of this at any other company. Leadership team is inexperienced and has no direction, does not value employees and has no credibility. Not a fun place to work as morale has gone from low to no pulse at all. Look at the stock over the past year and it tells the story of continuing decline.
4.4I worked for Agilysys for almost 6 years. The relationships I built were priceless. Nothing was more fulfilling than going to an organization, solving all of their procurement problems and training them on software application. I built strong relationships with my clients and vendors that I maintain until this day. There was opportunity for growth with software and other technical applications. Stepping into a hospitality organization I became their interim Purchasing Director, Accountant, Warehouse Manage, Tech Support and end user.
