"learn more about the technica resources qualifications before you make a move to this company. Make sure your District Manager has a sales background instead of an Engineering background. Also, make sure they have relationships (good ones) with the DM at their lead Manufacturers. This will help your sales in the long run."

What don't you like about working at Agilysys?

"The Engineering support was no up to the level of the competition therefore not beneficial to potential new customers. End result was loss of potential business"

"listen closer to the words of your sales people as far as improvements to make in helping sales get the business"

"Move your focus closer to the needs of the customer (IT). There is more profit in solving the business problem."
