"I worked for Aflac for 6 months and with the Covid-19 very hard to make money due to companies being closed."
"Aflac Seattle has massive potential for sales, relationships, and growth within the insurance industry."
"Aflac has been a wonderful place to work. The people have been outstanding. Unfortunately I feel it better perused as a part en devour."
"Aflac was a great company. I have nothing bad to say about them. I appreciate the opportunity I was given."
"Perfect. I know already I will love this job"
"I've learned a lot about owning my own business, but there's very little room finding new businesses that are willing to implement supplemental insurance. Its 100% commission, so if you have the financial stability to take the position then it's a great fit for you to make it a career. The best part is retirement after 10 years, which you will be 100% fully invested, and enjoy it with the continuation of income. The opportunity of working from home and scheduling your own hours."
"Good place to work. You are considered self employed"
"If you are looking to get into business for yourself but lack the experience, capital or great idea then a career with Aflac is a great option. Here you get to learn what it takes to run and manage your own business. Everything from lead generation, speaking with business owners and being exposed to all types of industries are a daily event."
"no base salary and no benefits"
"I’ve worked as the Sr. Program Manager for Aflac in Columbus, GA leading the Regulatory – Multi-State and IT Enterprise Infrastructure Improvements programs Aflac is an extremely special place to work"
"Great company with a lot of helpful and knowledgeable people who are willing to assist in your career and growth"
"I have worked with Aflac for roughly one year. During my time there, I had the opportunity to build relationships with many different clients. I have followed up with many of them and in some cases, have even recruited them when initially rejected. I have recruited on average twenty people per month for a position that seems very very difficult. This position has no base salary and is 100% commission. Tough sell right? Totally, but I was able to do it with ease."
"Great company, great culture and atmosphere. Everyone is super motivated."
"I started with Aflac this year and truly enjoy my job. It is my job to get candidates to come in for interviews to become Aflac Agents. I get to meet and interact with a very diverse group on a regular basis. My Regional Sales Coordinator and I have a great working relationship, more like a partnership. Great support from the company, from online recruiting and sales tools to weekly calls with other recruiters to get and give advice on recruiting."
"AFLAC is a great company with great products. They pay claims fairly and quickly. You are compensated by commissions, residuals, and stock. The problem is local management. Let me explain. If you get a good Regional (RSC) and/or State Coordinator (SSC), you can do very well/ The problem comes if you get an unethical RSC and/or SSC, as I did. Every account that I opened with 100 or more employees was "reassigned" to the RSC and SSC spouses District or Region. This way, instead of just getting an override, they can get the primary commissions, the override on their spouses District/Region, in addition to the regular override. I reported this to the Territory Director, and was ignored. There is very little one can do about this. All HQ does is look at the total production. Since mine was low as a result of this, I was ignored. Until AFLAC addresses this huge problem, they are going to have talented people leave. I was not the only one this happened to in our State. I suffered financially as a result."
